Enrolment at the school is governed by an enrolment scheme, details of which are available from the school office. Applications are to be made on the official enrolment form which is also available from the school office. The deadline for receipt of applications for out of zone places is Friday 28 October, 2011. The Board has determined that ten places are likely to be available at the New Entrant level and three places are likely to be available at Year 7 for out of zone students next year. If the number of out of zone applications exceeds the number of places available, students will be selected by a ballot. If a ballot is required it will be held on Tuesday, 1 November. Under the title "Overview of Notices of Requirement and Resource Consents" and the sub-title "NZTA lodged:" the second bullet point should not have included the words"and airspace". 2. Under the title "Overview of Notices of Requirement and Resource Consents" and the sub-title "NZTA lodged:" the second bullet point erroneously described NoR5 as being within Wellington City and NoR6 being within Porirua City. The description should have read"Wellington City (NoR6) and Porirua City (NoR5)". 3. Under the title "The Matters" the word "surface" should not have been included in relation to any of the designations sought. The notices of requirement lodged by the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) and by the Porirua City Council (PCC) are for the designation of land. This error occurs under the following sub-titles: a. "Applicant: NZTA -- Transmission Gully Main Alignment" for matters: NSP 11/2.001, NSP 11/2.002, NSP 11/2.003, NSP 11/2.004; b. "Applicant: NZTA -- Kenepuru Link Road Component" for matters NSP 11/2.005, NSP 11/2.006; and c. "Applicant: PCC -- Porirua Link Roads Component" for matters NSP 11/2.023, NSP 11/2.024. 4. Under the title "The Matters", and the sub-title "Applicant: NZTA-Kenepuru Link Road Component" in relation to the matters NSP 11/2.005 and NSP 11/2.006 the words "Transmission Gully Main Alignment" should have read "Kenepuru Link Road". 5. Under the title "The Matters" and the sub-title "Applicant: Transpower New Zealand Limited: Resource Consents", the number of electricity towers being relocated in: a. Kapiti Coast District Council (matter NSP 11/2.029) should read six (not 18); and b. Porirua City Council (matter NSP 11/2.030) should read 18 (not six). As a result of these errors, the Environmental Protection Authority advises that it is extending the closing date for the receipt of submissions to 5:00pm, 31 October 2011.
