Enrolment Procedures Terms 3 and 4 2013
The Board invites applications from parents who wish to enrol their sons
and daughters at Titahi Bay for Term 3 or Term 4 2013.
Enrolment at the school is governed by an enrolment scheme, details of
which are available from the school office.
The Board has determined that up to 8 places are likely to be available for
Year 1 out of zone students for Terms 3 and 4. The exact number of places
will depend on the number of applications received from students who live
within the school's home zone. There will be no places available for Years
Application for enrolment for an out of zone student is made by completing
an enrolment form (available from the school office) and returning the form
to the school office. The deadline for receipt of applications for out of zone
places is 3.00pm Friday 30 August 2013
Parents who live within the home zone and intend enrolling their child during
Term 3 or Term 4 should also apply by Friday, 30 August 2013 to assist
the school to plan appropriately for the remainder of the 2013 school year.
Students who live in the home zone are entitled to enrol at the school.
If the number of out of zone applications exceeds the number of places
available, students will be selected by ballot. If a ballot is required, it will
be held on Tuesday 3 September 2013. Parents will be informed of the
outcome of the ballot within three school days of the ballot being held.
